operation process as below:
1. Local area code: any area code of 5 digits can be set.
2. IP No.:6 IP numbers are allowed at most, and the longest one can have 8 digits. The default IP no. is 17951.
3. Direct no.: 10 direct numbers are allowed setting at most, and the longest one can have 11 digits. Dial the set direct numbers without adding any IP no. or area code, calling rate can be selected.
4. Barred no.: 10 barred numbers are allowed setting, and each could have 1 to 11 digits. If there is only one digit of the barred no., all numbers with this digit on head will be barred dialing.
5. Special service no.:
5.1. 10 special service numbers are allowed setting at most, and the longest one can
have 8 digits.
5.2. You can choose if using Charging function for the special service no.
5.3. You can choose if adding IP no. before special service no.
5.4. You can add local area code before special service no.
5.5 .You can add both IP no. and local area code before special service no., but with IP no. in front of the area code.
6. International call:
6.1 20 international numbers are allowed setting, and the longest one can have 8
digits (00 should be input before international no.);
6.2 You can choose Charging function for international call.
6.3 You can choose if adding IP no. before international no.
7. Free call
7.1 10 free call numbers are allowed setting at most, and the longest one can have
11 digits.
7.2 You can choose if adding IP no. before free call no.
7.3 You can add local area code before free call no.
7.4 You can add both IP no. and local area code before free call no. , but with IP no. in
front of the area code.
8. Mobile no.
8.1 Number starts with 13 or 15 is mobile number. You can edit any mobile no. with 3
to 7 digits.
8.2 You can choose if adding IP before mobile no.
You can choose if using Charging function for the mobile no.
9. Charging rate (charging rate is mainly used for the amount shown when calling), 10 rates can be set, process as below:
9.1 input the length for the first period of time, with second as unit. The first period of
time represents the period from call connected to the time set. If 10 seconds is set,
then first period of time is 10 seconds from the moment when the call is connected.
9.2 Input the rate for first period of time, with cent as unit. Rate for first period of time is
the amount shown within first period of time. For example, if first period of time is 10
seconds, and the rate is 20 cents, then the amount shown within 10 seconds from call
connected will be 20 cents. If the time and rate of 2nd period are not set, the
amount shown will always be the rate of first period even though the call time exceeds
1st period; if set, the amount will be accumulated after first period of time.
9.3 input the length for 2nd period of time, with second as unit. 2nd period represents
the period from after 1st period to the time set. For example, if 1st period is 10 seconds
and 2nd period is 20 seconds, then 2nd period is the one from 10 to 30 seconds after
call connected. If call continues, time will be accumulated by 2nd period.
9.4 Input the rate for 2nd period, with cent as unit. This rate represents the charge for
the period from after 1st period to the time set for 2nd period. For example, if 1st period
is 10 seconds and rate is 10 cents, 2nd period is 20 seconds and rate is 20 cents, then
the amount shown in 2nd period is 30 cents. If call continues, amount will be
accumulated by 2nd rate.
10. Rate setting: mainly for received call
10.1 The amount shown in calling for received call, can choose any of the 10 rates set.
10.2 Amount staying: you can choose on or off to decide whether remains the amount in the screen after calling.
10.3 When on is chosen for amount staying, you have to press Terminate key to sign out the screen. You can set any of key 0 to 27 as the terminate key.
10.4 Received call setting: When on is chosen for amount staying, you can set how to deal with the incoming call in screen showing the amount. Set it normal you can receive the call or set it rejected others can’t connect you.
10.5 Reminder sound: you can choose silence, buzzer or voice to remind the amount after calling.
10.6 When you choose buzzer or voice, you can set how many times it quotes.
11. Dial setting
11.1 Local fixed network number
11.1.1 Number starts with 2 to 8 is local fixed network number.
11.1.2 You can choose if adding IP no. before local fixed network number.
11.1.3 You can add local area code before local fixed network number.
11.1.4 You can add both IP no. and local area code before local fixed network
number, but with IP no. in front of the area code.
11.1.5 You can choose a rate for making call to local fixed network number.
11.2 Domestic long-distance call
11.2.1 Number starts with 0 (but no. starts with 00, mobile number which starts
with 013/015, and no. with local area code excluded) is domestic long-distance
number.
11.2.2 You can choose if adding IP no. before domestic long-distance call.
11.2.3 You can choose a rate for making domestic long-distance call.
11.3 Local mobile number
11.3.1 Number analysis: If number analysis function is on, it can distinguish if a
mobile no. is local or not, and this will not be affected by 0 added in front by user.
If this function is off, it can only distinguish whether a number is local or not by
0 in front.
